Common Questions
Q: What is online giving?
Our online giving program is a convenient way for you to make a contribution to the church. If you are unable to get to the church, forgot your offering or simply like the convenience of paying online, this service is for you.
Q: What are the payment options for online giving?
You may give by using a major credit card or by setting up automatic withdrawals from your checking account.
Q: What is a recurring donation? This is similar to a subscription. You can choose how often you want an automatic payment to be made - weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly.
Q: Can I post a reoccurring donation to more than one area?
In order to post your gift to more than one area, you will have to enter multiple reoccurring donations - each with their respective area to post your donation.
Q: How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed?
If you are a current member of Church Our Victory Fellowship, we will continue to provide you with a personal giving statement for your tax records. At any time, though, you can access your online giving record by clicking “My History” at the top of your profile page.
Q: Is online giving secure?
We've taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
Q: Can I designate my giving online?
You can choose to have your gift posted to General Tithe and Offerings, Building Fund, or Missions.
Q: Is there any charge to me from my bank to give online?
No. You select the dollar amount for your gift. That is the dollar amount that will be charged to your account.
Q: Who do I talk to if I have more questions?
Email Peter Pellerin or call the church office at 561.738.7727. He will be glad to answer any other questions you may have. |
